Azman Bin Haji Ismuni brings over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and the implementation of numerous mega infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and buildings across both private and government sectors in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Throughout his career, he has played key roles in the successful delivery of large-scale developments and complex construction initiatives, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic management capabilities. Internationally, he has also participated in overseas business ventures in the Middle East, where he served as Assistant General Manager at MIDEIN Holdings JV Wangcom UAE LLC, a real estate and construction company. During his tenure, he was involved in the development and construction of Amwaj Tower, a 60-storey landmark building and the tallest structure in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.

In addition, he previously served as Assistant General Manager at RedSea Remote Site Solutions LLC, a Dubai-based specialist supplier and contractor for prefabricated building systems. In this role, he led the Business Development Team, successfully securing numerous projects and contracts from international clients across the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ghana, and Brazil.
